General Rules & Regulations
- Entries must observe all applicable rules and regulations, conform to the standards of reasonable public taste and safety and follow all instructions from Parade Officials and Police.
- Forward movement maneuvers only, are permitted. Show-off starts and stops or any form of racing will not be tolerated.
- Riders, in participating vehicles, MUST be seated.
- No candy or literature is allowed to be handed out or thrown from vehicles during the parade.
- Entries desiring to pull a vintage trailer, etc. must submit a picture of the entry with their registration form and be approved by the Committee.
- The Classy Chassis Committee reserves the right to remove any entrant, at any time during the event.
Definition of Class Type
- Domestic Vehicles - Vehicles with an American manufacturers name.
- Muscle Vehicles - American-made 2-door sports coupes with powerful engines designed for high-performance driving.
- Trucks - A pickup truck, van, panel, sedan delivery, foreign and domestic.
- Commercial Vehicles - Vehicles with any sort of advertising or promotion of business or products/services.
- European Vehicles - Vehicles with a name from Britain, France, Italy, etc.
- Asian Vehicles - Vehicles with a name from Japan, China, Korea, etc.
- Rat Rods - Vehicles that imitate an early hot rod—appearance is “unfinished.”
Definition of Class Category
Original
- Original Engine
- Must have original cast iron exhaust manifolds unless the manufacturer installed headers on the vehicle.
- Must have Original Equipment Manufacturer air cleaner.
- Must have O.E.M. valve covers.
- Must have O.E.M. intake manifold.
- All vehicle components must be manufacturer provided components or after market components, for the year the vehicle was manufactured.
- Original Interior
- Must retain O.E.M. appearance
- Original Exterior
- Must retain O.E.M. appearance. Alterations to the body, suspension modifications, or larger wheel / tire combinations are not allowed.
Modified
- All vehicles that do not fit the criteria for Original.
- Non factory installed headers, non factory chrome, engine modifications, body and suspension alterations, flames, and non factory pin striping make your vehicle modified.
Potential Classes
The Classy Chassis Committee reserves the right to change or modify any class and to assign your entry into a class.

Classy Chassis Car Show
Vendors
CHECK-IN: On Saturday, Event officials will be available to help vendors locate their space. Vendors must be ready to open by 10:00 a.m.
VENDOR SPACE: All booths are outdoors and subject to uneven ground and varying weather conditions. Vendors must provide all partitions, tables, awnings, accessories, etc. for their booth space, and must fit all their merchandise, equipment, etc. within the assigned space. Vendors are responsible for their own set-up and take-down. Vendors requiring power will need to supply their own 100’ extension cord and any type of electrical adapter needed. All cords must be protected from traffic areas. Vendors are responsible for charging and claiming Washington State sales at the current percentage.
HOURS OF OPERATION: All Vendors must be open from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm on Saturday. Vendors are not allowed to close early or leave early.
SECURITY: Vendors are responsible for their own areas. Neither the East Wenatchee Events Board, City of East Wenatchee, nor Eastmont Metropolitan Park District assumes responsibility for injury to persons, or loss or damage, including theft, to any property of the Vendor.
CLEAN UP: Vendors are responsible for any trash in their area. No oil, water, grease, coals, or ashes will be dumped on any open area or any part of the property, into the gutters or planters. Vendors who fail to comply will be billed for clean up.
RESTRICTIONS:
- Event Staff reserves the right to remove any Vendor who does not comply with Vendor Rules and Regulations, and/or cooperate with event officials.
- Vendors are responsible for the behavior of their associates, assistants, and children.
- No alcoholic beverages, pets, loud music or television, or “hawking” will be allowed in the vicinity of your booth.
- Vendors are not allowed to “wander” with their merchandise at any time.
