The Douglas County Comprehensive Solid Waste Management Plan (DCCSWMP) has been developed to provide elected officials, regulatory authorities, generators, contractors and the general public within the Regional Planning Area (RPA) with a set of recommendations for managing solid and moderate risk wastes for the six year implementation period. The DCCSWMP includes the incorporated and unincorporated areas of Douglas County, except the City of Coulee Dam, which, for the purpose of solid waste planning, is under the jurisdiction of Grant County.
